Video: I’m talking about Modality Systems Network Performance Analysis Tooling

When I was at Microsoft Ignite last year with Modality Systems I spent a lot of time talking to customers and partners about the software solutions that get built by the Development Team at Modality and that I’m a part of.

Going to events like Ignite is always really exciting for me for two reasons: I love demonstrating our software to people and talking to them about how development solutions can enhance their Skype for Business installation. Secondly I enjoy seeing what other partners in the ecosystem are doing. I always leave the event psyched about the future and incredibly proud of what the Modality Development Team are doing.

We grabbed a camera on the last day and I ran through the fundamentals of our Diagnostics service which we use to provide in-depth analytics on Skype for Business systems – both for on-premise, hybrid and Office365 customers. The Skype Operations Framework (SOF) was announced at Ignite 2016 and this service fits naturally into the network testing required to ensure good performance. Our test nodes give us a unique ability to quickly and easily test real Skype calls, which we then present back using the power of PowerBI to highlight trends and provide actionable, useful information – not just data.

You can see the video on the Modality Systems website, along with a summary of the service.
