Commsverse Collaboration & Configuration Days: choosing sessions

At every conference, I like to review the session list ahead of time and choose a short list of sessions I’m interested in.

This time, for Commsverse 2021 I decided to live-stream the process so that you can see the sort of thought process I go through. The way you choose sessions will likely be different from mine, and I’m sure your agenda will end up looking different to mine, but watching this process will be useful if you’re new to conferences or are looking for new ideas.
