Need to sign a assembly which references an unsigned assembly?

I recently thought I might need to use a 3rd party DLL in my BizTalk orchestration which wouldn’t be strongly signed. (it was OK in the end becuase they managed to sign it). Whilst waiting to find out, I found this awesome article by OJ on how you can get around the problem, complete with instructional Ninja photos.
