Webinar: Art of the Possible – Extending the value of Microsoft Lync
Today I co-presented a webinar in a series run by my employer, Modality Systems.
The webinar title is “Art of the Possible – Extending the value of Microsoft Lync” and I was speaking with James Rodd, Co-Founder and CEO of Modality Systems.
We talked about the huge difference applications can make to an existing Lync environment, and how they can enable collaboration, enhance business processes and drive productivity.
We went on to explain about the different types of applications that can be built for Microsoft Lync, the capabilities of each type and some scenarios where each one could bring value.
Finally, we brought together a worked example which contained each type of application in a single solution – also drawing on the Mobile First, Cloud First approach to ensure 100% reach and usability.
The webinar is non-technical and is aimed at informing you about the business values of Lync Development.
