At Enterprise Connect, Microsoft just showed off a new management and reporting tool for Skype for Business. IT admins will be able to understand usage patterns, analyse call quality and quickly troubleshoot issues in both cloud and hybrid Skype for Business deployments via a single pane of glass within the Office 365 admin portal. Microsoft are currently saying that this will be made available in the second half of this year.
