I’m speaking at Teams Nation (online) later this month

I’m excited to kick off the 2024 conference season with a speaking slot at Teams Nation 2024, on 21st February 2024.

From their website: “Teams Nation is a 100% free, 100% community driven online conference dedicated to Microsoft Teams, its underlying technologies and its extensibility options. It aims to bring together exceptional technical talent and thought leaders to democratize Teams knowledge, encourage participation in the Teams community and give those who are struggling financially an opportunity to attend a first class Teams conference”

As a free, online conference there are literally no barriers to entry, which is fantastic. It’s going to be a full day of learning, with over 60 sessions across seven tracks, so be sure to make some space in your calendar.

I’m going to be talking about how to take valuable information you have locked up in SQL Server databases, and expose it to users in Microsoft Teams using a bot using magical AI 🙂

Title: Unleash the Power of Your SQL Server Data: Transforming Databases into Knowledgeable AI Bots!

Abstract: You’re drowning in a sea of invaluable data locked within SQL Server, while your boss demands a mythical AI bot that possesses the power to answer absolutely everything about your organisation. The clock is ticking, and the pressure is mounting. How will you rise to the challenge? Join Microsoft MVP Tom Morgan to explore how to transform your SQL Server data into a treasure trove of knowledge that fuels an awe-inspiring Microsoft Teams bot, using Microsoft Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and the Microsoft Teams Development Platform. We’ll do this by working through a real-life example and building a bot live in the session. Don’t miss your chance to wield the true potential of your SQL data and revolutionize the way you interact with your information!

The session is scheduled for Wednesday 11:00 AM CET (see time in your zone).

To be able to watch this, and all the other great sessions you need to register, which you can do here: https://teamsbuzz.com/register.
